decisions,decisions....

so, heres our house.
and heres a drawing of our house.

wow. i tried uploading this like 3 times, Non-slanted like that. but it didn't work. so for the first pic. you'll have to tilt your head....

ugly ugly blue house.... Here- is a drawing, with a few different things ( i drew this from memory.. in about.. 28 seconds) Painted. a LiGHter color to hide the Hideous bumps. I added a couple railings on the outside arches.. new Roof, inside the porch is a touch darker paint color. (that was dads idea-i Love that idea) and i drew the fence on the left side.. cause i think it really needs one.

..and here is an idea we've been brainstorming. same lighter paint job, touch darker in the porch . but different arches. the sidewalk going up to the house would come straight to the door, instead of in the middle, and the porch would be a little nook to hang out in. we can appreciate a good hang-out porch.

we are kinda diggin the regular ol arches... we know, their random, but the new idea just seems like .. played out. its too normal and has a little character but..not that much character...its a toss up. We like the character of keeping the arches and just adding the railings and better paint job, but the bigger porch to kick it on in pic #2 is pretty nice. but maybe the original arched porch would be fine for kickin too....hmmm..

Then i drew this one. this time Looking at the house. sittin on my car as Ry mowed the lawn. I should have drawn ry in there...;)
