Still sanding our lives away, wooden baseboards crawling all over, up around doors around every corner and hallway- only place it iSn't, is the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. I've got doors I need to sand, underneith windows.. never ending it seems! It will all be worth it though... Rylan is busy busy with the floors... I had no idea that when you sand off the finish on a floor, you've got to go over it THRee times!(each time with a finer and finer sand paper) wow, and the edges gotta be done by hand, the machine doesn't fit right up next to the wall.
while I was busy strengthening my arm muscles sanding the baseboards, my mom and niece came by to say hi. Paige decided she wanted to help...
I was using the sander, but that would not be good handing her that to help with.. she did however get to wear (and take home) the shnazzy dust mask..
what a little trooper. don't worry, I made her 'take a break' no sweat shop at this house! haha
